A boiler that is serviced every year lasts longer, runs cheaper and is far less likely to fail in the middle of winter. Our annual service covers a full safety check, a flue gas analysis and a written report you can hand to your insurer.
When something has already gone wrong, we fault-find before we quote. We will always tell you honestly when a repair makes more sense than a replacement, even though the replacement is the bigger job for us.
For full system replacements we size the system to the house rather than to a catalogue, set out two or three options at different price points, and give you the running-cost difference between them in writing.

How often should a boiler be serviced?
Once a year. Most manufacturer warranties are void without an annual service, and an unserviced boiler is the single most common cause of a mid-winter breakdown.
