We deliberately stay local to 4 towns. A firm that claims to cover half the state cannot be at your door in an hour — we would rather be genuinely available to a few places than theoretically available everywhere.
Ohio
Fairview is our home town — our unit is on Maple Street and most of our engineers live within a couple of miles of it. In practice that means a Fairview callout is usually the first job of the day rather than something we squeeze in.

Ashcroft is about fifteen minutes north of our unit and we are there most days of the week. If you call before lunchtime we can normally get someone to you the same day.

We have worked in Milton Vale for over a decade, largely on the strength of recommendations passed between neighbours rather than any advertising.

Kentworth is the furthest town we cover as standard, roughly a thirty-minute drive. We schedule Kentworth jobs in blocks rather than one at a time, which keeps travel out of your invoice.
