Our out-of-hours line is answered by an engineer, not a call centre. They will tell you what to do right now to limit the damage — usually which valve to turn off — and give you an honest arrival time.
Out-of-hours work is charged at a published rate that we will confirm on the phone before we set off. There are no surprise premiums added to the invoice afterwards.
